Yes, within Canva's free font library. We've chosen a refined editorial font pairing for the template, but you're welcome to adjust colours and typography. For self-print orders, the design is entirely yours. For printed orders, we may advise if a change affects print quality.

We use a premium quality 60gsm newsprint (55gsm for USA and UK customers) — the same stock used by boutique newspaper publishers. It has a beautiful tactile quality, a slight off-white tone, and accepts print beautifully. The result feels like a genuine broadsheet, not a photocopy.

After purchase, you edit your Canva template and share a Canva share link with us by email. We export your design at press resolution, run a quality check, and send it to our professional print partner. Printed newspapers are shipped to your address within 2–8 business days of receiving your link, depending on your delivery country.

Yes — if you ordered a printed package, simply get in touch with us and we can reprint your design. If you have the self-print version, you can print as many copies as you like yourself, at any time, from your downloaded PDF.

Our newspaper is printed in tabloid format — 260mm × 370mm. This is a classic broadsheet half-size, designed to be held and read comfortably. For self-print, you can print at any size your printer supports.

Yes. Once we've exported your Canva design, we send a digital proof for your approval before sending to print. We'll only proceed once you've confirmed you're happy with the design.

Once your Canva share link has been received and approved, delivery times are as follows: UK: 1–7 business days. USA: 2–8 business days. France: approx. 4 business days. Rest of Europe: approx. 6 business days. We recommend ordering at least 3 weeks before your wedding date.

Your Canva template link is delivered by email immediately after your payment is confirmed — typically within 1–5 minutes. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it. If you still haven't received it after 15 minutes, contact us and we'll resend right away.

For self-print orders, we're unable to offer refunds once the Canva template link has been accessed, as the digital product has been delivered. For printed orders, if there is a fault with the print quality, we will reprint at no charge. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt with photographs of the issue.
