Canva is intentionally designed for non-designers. If you can use a word processor, you can use Canva. Most couples complete their newspaper design in 1–3 hours. Canva also has an extensive help library and tutorials available.

Yes, within Canva's free font library. We've chosen a refined editorial font pairing for the template, but you're welcome to adjust colours and typography. For self-print orders, the design is entirely yours. For printed orders, we may advise if a change affects print quality.

We use authentic 55 GSM newsprint. It is lightweight, tactile and gives the newspaper a genuine newspaper feel rather than the feel of ordinary printer paper.

After purchase, edit your Canva template at your own pace. When the design is finished, submit your Canva share link through our Design Submission page. Yes. If you ordered a printed package, simply get in touch with us and we can reprint your design. If you have the self-print version, you can print as many copies as you like yourself, at any time, from your downloaded PDF.

Our newspaper is printed in tabloid format, 260mm × 370mm. This is a classic broadsheet half-size, designed to be held and read comfortably. For self-print, we recommend keeping the original 260 × 370 mm format for the intended newspaper proportions.

Once your Canva share link has been received and approved, delivery times are as follows: UK: 1–7 business days. USA: 2–8 business days. France: approx. 4 business days. Rest of Europe: approx. 6 business days. We recommend ordering at least 3 weeks before your wedding date.

After your payment is confirmed, you'll receive the order materials containing your Canva template link and instructions. If you cannot find them, please check your spam or promotions folder and contact us if needed.

For self-print orders, we're unable to offer refunds once the Canva template link has been accessed, as the digital product has been delivered. For printed orders, if there is a fault with the print quality, we will reprint at no charge. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt with photographs of the issue.
